Refund policy

All art sales (meaning all purchases from this site) are final. No refunds. Paintings are original works of art and prints are made-to-order. If you are for some reason unhappy with your purchase, you may request a credit, or exchange for a different piece.

To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number). Shipping is not reimbursed. 

To start a credit or exchange, you can contact us at lissa@lissamarinaro.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
